I was very pleased to find you have the same attitude in your business when my home computer recently crashed and I also decided to buy a new printer/scanner. You firstly completely repaired my computer not losing any of the infomation stored on it and provided a new face anti-virus program.

You then came all the way over to my house in Wakefield to install the new printer/scanner, at the same time sorting another minor glitch on the computer and ended up spending a greater than expected amount of time getting it all sorted out correctly, without incurring any additional costs.

Since then I have rang you on occasion for help on various computer related issues and every time you have sorted them out swiftly and efficiently in an extremely courteous manner.
